100-Day Returns
-
What is your returns policy?
We offer a generous 100-day returns policy for all our custom braided hoses and braided hose accessories. The return period begins from the date you receive your order.
-
Can I return custom braided hoses?
Yes! Unlike most places, we accept returns for custom braided hoses as long as its within the 100-day returns window. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to ensure you're completely satisfied.
-
Will I have to pay for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we made a mistake. In these cases, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
-
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request images of the damage to assess the situation so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
-
How do I start a return?
To begin the returns process, please complete our returns request form. We recommend contacting us first, as many issues can often be resolved without the need to return the item to us.
-
How long will it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 working days, although it's often done the same day. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and exchanges will be sent to your original delivery address unless otherwise requested.
-
Can I return an item after 100 days?
We do not accept returns beyond 100 days from the date of delivery, unless the product is faulty and covered under our warranty.
-
What legal rights do I have beyond your returns policy?
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is found to be faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, you are automatically entitled to a refund.
Under UK law, you may also have further rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
For more information about your statutory rights, visit the Consumer Rights webpage on the UK government website.
