Delivery Questions

• When will you send my order?

  We try to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  Orders placed over the weekend will be sent the next working day, which is usually Monday unless it's a bank holiday.

• When will I receive my order?

  This depends on what delivery service you chose. Our free standard UK delivery is a 48 hour service and most orders tend to arrive within 2-3 working days. We also offer various express options if you're in a rush!

• Do you offer express delivery?

  We offer several express UK delivery options, including Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Royal Mail Special Delivery.

• What happens if my order is delayed?

  If we think there will be a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as we can and offer an alternative if available.

• Can I track my order?

  All our delivery options include tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, usually before 5pm that day.

• Can I change my order or address?

  Because we start assembling your order soon after we've received it (so we can get it out the same day!), there isn't a lot of time to make changes. However, please contact us as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to help.

• My order hasn't arrived…

  If your order hasn't arrived when you expected, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

  All our braided hoses are made to order, so we appreciate your patience during very busy periods.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, we can send our custom braided hoses and accessories anywhere in the world using a fast Royal Mail Tracked service.

• Will I need to pay any import duties or taxes?

  All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. If your delivery address is outside the UK, import duties, taxes, and additional charges may apply. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are your responsibility as the buyer. Please contact your local customs office to determine any applicable fees before purchasing.
