Info

Choose the protective wipe-clean PVC coating that will be bonded to the stainless steel braided hose. If you plan to run the hose near a direct heat source without using heatsleeve, we recommend opting for uncoated.

Use the vertical lines on the diagram to calculate the length. Measure from seat to seat, except for banjo fittings, which are measured from the center of the banjo eye.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Are your custom turbo lines covered by a warranty?

Yes, our custom turbo lines include a 2-year warranty as standard. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Can I return or exchange my custom turbo lines?

Yes, we offer a 100-day hassle-free returns policy for all our custom turbo feeds and returns. We know mistakes can happen and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied. However, please double-check your choices before ordering to avoid any silly mistakes, as it does cost us to replace them!

  • How do I measure the hose?

The easiest way to measure your custom hose is with a piece of flexible wire or sturdy string. Make sure you go around all objects and follow all curves to make sure you don't measure the hose too tight, or the hose will be stretched when you fit it. You need to measure from the seats of male and female fittings and from the centre of the hole on banjo fittings. Refer to the two vertical lines on the hose builder diagram when building your hoses, as the length measurement will change depending on the chosen fitting.

  • Will these custom turbo lines work with my turbo?

Yes, our custom turbo lines are designed to be compatible with all types of turbochargers, provided the fitting threads match your turbo's specifications. Some of the popular turbo brands we regularly supply lines for include: Garrett, BorgWarner, Precision, Owen Developments and many others. If you're unsure about compatibility, we recommend checking the thread sizes and specifications of your turbo or contacting our team for assistance.

  • Do you offer restricted turbo lines to combat turbo smoke issues?

Yes, we can provide restricted turbo lines to help combat turbo smoke issues caused by excessive oil pressure. High oil pressure can sometimes lead to oil leakage through the turbo seals and into the exhaust, resulting in smoke. If you need to manage oil flow to reduce the risk of leaks, we recommend using a restricted banjo bolt or a restricted male to male adapter.

It's worth noting that some turbochargers come with a built-in oil restrictor, so additional restriction may not always be necessary. If you're switching from a journal-bearing turbo to a ball-bearing turbo, keep in mind that ball-bearing turbos generally require less oil and a restriction may be required.
