Twin Bulkhead Pass-Through Plate for Fuel, Oil, Coolant & Air Systems

Designed for routing two fluid lines through vehicle bulkheads, firewalls and custom panels, our twin bulkhead pass-through plate provides a neat and secure connection point between compartments. Four fully threaded ports allow adapters to be installed on either side of the plate, making it suitable for fuel, oil, coolant, water and air systems.

• Twin Pass-Through Design

  Routes two separate fluid lines through a single bulkhead plate, providing a clean and compact installation through bulkheads, firewalls and custom panels.

• Fully Threaded Ports

  Four fully threaded ports allow compatible adapters to be installed from either side of the plate. Two port configurations are available:

  • M22 x 1.50 Plate

    Requires M22 male adapters for connecting AN6–AN12 hose systems.

  • -20 ORB Plate

    Requires -20 ORB adapters for connecting AN16 or AN20 hose systems. The -20 ORB ports use a straight 1 5/8"-12 UNF thread and seal with an O-ring rather than on a 37° flare.

• 6061-T6 Aluminium Construction

  Precision CNC machined in the UK from lightweight, high-strength 6061-T6 aluminium and available with a black, grey or silver anodised finish for increased wear and corrosion resistance.

• Sealed Mounting Face

  An integrated nitrile O-ring on the rear mounting face provides a watertight seal between the plate and mounting surface.

• Simple Installation

  A drilling template is included to help accurately position and install the plate.

What is a Bulkhead Pass-Through Plate?

A bulkhead pass-through plate provides fixed connection points for routing fluid lines through a bulkhead, firewall or panel. Rather than passing hoses directly through the panel, adapters and hoses connect to either side of the plate, creating a neat, secure and serviceable installation.
