Connect AN Fittings to O-Ring Boss Ports

These adapters provide a direct transition between a female AN fitting and a compatible female O-Ring Boss port. The AN connection uses a JIC 37° flare, while the ORB connection seals against the mating port using the supplied O-ring.

Male AN Connection

The AN side uses a male JIC 37° cone flare and seals against the corresponding flare inside a compatible female AN fitting. Thread sealant is not required on the AN connection.

O-Ring Sealed ORB Connection

The male ORB connection seals against the compatible mating port using the supplied O-ring.

AN and ORB Connections Are Different

Some AN and ORB sizes use the same thread diameter and pitch, but they use different sealing arrangements. AN connections require a compatible JIC 37° flare, while ORB connections require a correctly formed O-ring sealing port.

6061-T6 Aluminium Construction

The adapters are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium with a black anodised finish.
