Connect AN Fittings Directly to Hardline Tube

These AN female to hardline tube adapters provide a direct transition between a male AN/JIC fitting and rigid hardline without requiring the tube to be flared. They are suitable for aluminium, stainless steel and copper hardline.

Brass Compression Olive Connection

The hardline is secured using a brass compression olive. Insert the correctly sized tube into the adapter and tighten the compression assembly to form the connection, without using a conventional tube nut, sleeve and flared tube end.

The stated hardline sizes refer to the outside diameter (OD) of the tube. Available combinations cover 5/16", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" hardline with AN6, AN8 or AN10 connections depending on the selected adapter.

Female JIC 37° Connection

The AN side uses a female JIC 37° flare connection for use with a compatible male AN/JIC fitting.

6061-T6 Aluminium Construction

The adapter body is manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium with a black anodised finish. The adapter can be reused if it remains undamaged, but a new compression olive should be fitted whenever the hardline connection is reassembled.
