How do I make a warranty claim?
To start a warranty claim, please complete the warranty claim form on this page.
-
What happens after I submit a warranty claim?
Once we receive your claim, we will review it within 5 working days (usually within 24 hours). We may ask for additional information or for you to send the product to us for an assessment.
Based on our findings, we will decide whether to repair or replace the product. If neither is practically possible, we will offer a refund of the original purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.
-
Do I need to pay for shipping when making a warranty claim?
If we need to make an assessment of the product in person, you will be responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us. If your claim is approved, we will refund any reasonable shipping costs and also cover the cost of getting the replacement product to you.
-
What if my warranty claim is denied?
It's rare for us to deny a claim. If we do, we'll provide a detailed explanation. If you disagree, you can submit additional evidence to support your claim.
If the claim remains denied, we will send a fair cost estimate to repair or replace the product at your expense. Should you decline, we can return the product to you at your expense. If within 30 days we haven't received a response from you, we will arrange disposal of the product.
-
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my vehicle or product?
No, our warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
-
What legal rights do I have beyond your warranty?
Our warranty does not affect your statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is found to be faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, you are automatically entitled to a refund.
Under UK law, you may also have further rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
For more information about your statutory rights, visit the Consumer Rights webpage on the UK government website.
