What is a Double Banjo Bolt?

A double banjo bolt is a hollow fastener designed to secure two banjo fittings to a single threaded hydraulic port. Internal passages allow fluid to flow through the bolt and into both banjo fittings while the assembly is sealed using crush washers.

Installation

Each double banjo bolt requires three copper crush washers (not included) – one between the component and first banjo fitting, one between the two banjo fittings, and one beneath the bolt head.
