Black Heat Resistant Sleeve for Hoses & Wiring

This slip-on heat resistant sleeve provides thermal protection for compatible hoses, fluid lines and electrical wiring exposed to elevated temperatures. It combines a heat-treated braided fibreglass inner layer with a high-grade silicone rubber outer coating.

High-Temperature Protection

The sleeve is rated for continuous operation up to 260°C and short-term exposure up to 1,200°C, with a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.

Fibreglass & Silicone Construction

The heat-treated braided fibreglass inner material provides thermal insulation, while the gloss black silicone rubber outer coating adds a durable protective surface.

Slip-On Installation

The flexible sleeve slides over the component being protected without requiring additional fasteners. Approximately 15% radial expansion allows some accommodation over components slightly larger than the nominal internal diameter.
