  • What does the Remote Oil Filter Housing do?

    It provides the new mounting point for the oil filter in a relocation system. The engine-side Remote Oil Filter Take-Off Plate routes oil to and from this housing.

  • Does the housing thread need to match the engine?

    No. The housing thread only needs to match the oil filter fitted to the remote housing. The engine-side thread is selected separately on the Remote Oil Filter Take-Off Plate.

  • Which oil filter threads are available?

    Choose M20 x 1.50 or 3/4"-16 UNF to suit the oil filter you intend to use.

  • Which hose connections does the housing use?

    Two M22 x 1.50 female ports are used for the oil feed and return connections from the remote take-off plate.

  • Which AN hose adapters are available?

    The housing can be supplied without hose adapters or with two AN6, AN8, AN10 or AN12 male adapters.

  • What are the two additional ports used for?

    They are supplied with blanking plugs as standard or can be fitted with 1/8"-27 NPT, M10 x 1.00 or M12 x 1.50 sensor port adapters for compatible oil pressure or temperature sensors.
