Aluminium Crush Washers for Fluid Fittings

These aluminium crush washers are designed to create a seal between suitable fluid fittings and their mating surfaces. The aluminium compresses as the connection is tightened, allowing the washer to conform to the sealing faces.

Multiple Internal & External Diameters

A range of internal and external diameter combinations is available for compatible metric, AN and BSPP connections. Where the same internal diameter is offered with different external diameters, select the version that suits the available sealing surface around the connection.

Compression Sealing

During installation, the aluminium washer compresses between the mating surfaces to form the seal. Match both the internal and external diameter to the connection being assembled.

Sold Individually

Each aluminium crush washer is sold individually, allowing the required size and quantity to be selected for the installation.

Single-Use Sealing Washer

Once an aluminium crush washer has been compressed, it should be replaced when the sealed connection is dismantled and reassembled.
