Compact AN Male to Fixed Banjo Connections

These AN male to banjo adapters provide a compact connection for installations where space or routing makes a conventional adapter difficult to use.

Fixed Banjo Connection

The adapter uses a fixed banjo eye rather than a swivel design. An extended version is also available where additional reach is required.

JIC 37° AN Connection

The male AN connection uses JIC 37° male cone flare sealing. The fluid seal is formed between the mating flare surfaces rather than on the threads.

Banjo Bolt and Washer Options

A banjo bolt and sealing washers are not included as standard. Compatible aluminium banjo bolts and aluminium crush washers are available separately and can be selected where required for the installation.

6061-T6 Aluminium Construction

The adapters are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium with a black anodised finish.

Yes. The banjo assembly requires suitable sealing washers, normally positioned on either side of the banjo eye. Compatible aluminium crush washers can be selected separately.
How does the AN connection seal?
The male AN connection seals against the corresponding JIC 37° flare in a compatible female AN fitting rather than on the thread.
