Compact 360° Swivel Banjo Connections

These AN male to swivel banjo adapters provide a compact connection where installation space or connection orientation makes a conventional adapter difficult to use.

360° Swivel Banjo

The banjo connection provides full 360° rotational adjustment, allowing the AN male connection to be positioned to suit the installation before the assembly is secured.

AN10 Banjo Connection

The adapters use an AN10 swivel banjo connection with a 7/8"-14 UNF banjo bolt. Each adapter includes one AN10 banjo bolt and two bonded Dowty sealing washers.

JIC 37° AN Connection

The male AN connection uses JIC 37° male cone flare sealing. The fluid seal is formed between the mating flare surfaces rather than on the threads.

Installation

Install one bonded Dowty washer on each side of the banjo and tighten the banjo bolt to the recommended torque of 35–40 Nm.

6061-T6 Aluminium Construction

The adapter is manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium with a black anodised finish.
