Connect AN Fittings Directly to Hardline

Our aluminium female to hardline adapters provide a simple way to connect an AN/JIC hose fitting directly to rigid hardline without having to flare the tube. Ideal for custom fuel, oil and fluid systems, the compression-style connection makes it easy to transition between existing hardline and AN plumbing.

No Tube Flaring Required

Instead of requiring a conventional tube nut, sleeve and flared tube end, the hardline is secured using a compression olive. Simply insert correctly sized hardline into the adapter and tighten the compression assembly to form the connection.

This makes the adapters particularly useful when converting existing hardline to AN fittings or incorporating sections of rigid tubing into a custom fluid system.

Female JIC 37° Connection

The female AN connection features a JIC 37° flare for use with compatible male AN/JIC fittings. Multiple AN and hardline combinations are available, allowing the adapter to be matched to the required hose connection and hardline outside diameter.

Compression Olive Assembly

A brass compression olive secures the adapter directly to the hardline, providing a compact connection without modifying or flaring the end of the tube.

The aluminium adapter can be reused when it remains free from damage, but a new compression olive should always be fitted when the hardline connection is reassembled.

CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium with a black anodised finish, these adapters provide a lightweight and corrosion-resistant solution for fuel systems, oil systems, transmission lines and other custom automotive fluid installations.
