AN Male to AN Male Adapters with 1/8" NPT Sensor Port

These straight AN male to AN male adapters connect two compatible female AN fittings while providing an integrated 1/8"-27 NPT female sensor port. The additional port allows a compatible pressure sensor, temperature sensor or thermal switch to be installed directly into the fluid line.

AN Male Connections

Both main connections are matching-size male AN connections with JIC 37° flare sealing. The fluid seal is formed between the mating flare surfaces rather than on the threads.

1/8"-27 NPT Female Sensor Port

The integrated sensor port has a female 1/8"-27 NPT tapered thread for a compatible sensor or thermal switch. Use suitable PTFE tape or thread sealant.

The sensor port must not be left open while the fluid system is in use. If a sensor or switch is not fitted, install a compatible 1/8" NPT blanking plug.

6061-T6 Aluminium Construction

The adapters are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium with a black anodised finish.

The 1/8"-27 NPT sensor port must not be left open during use. Fit a compatible sensor, 1/8" NPT temperature switch or 1/8" NPT blanking plug. Use suitable PTFE tape or thread sealant.
